After planning your lesson, you'll need to wait for our confirmation first. As soon as we find an available instructor and the weather conditions are right, we will approve the lesson and you'll be notified. This is usually 2 or 3 days before the actual lesson. The day before, you'll receive a text and email before 6pm which will confirm that the weather is good to organise the lesson, or not.
This is mostly applicable to the kite course. We recommend finishing your kite surfing course within 2 months. Many course participants choose to schedule their lessons quickly, one after the other. All depends on the wind conditions and your/our availability of course. Your course remains valid for one year.
As of mid-March we open up our online booking tool to plan your lesson(s). The lessons itself start as of April 1st.
You can freely book lessons online up until 2 days in advance. Within 2 days before the start of your lesson, the date is fixed. Planning a last minute lesson is sometimes possible, but you'll need to contact our sports manager.

When we cancel your lesson due to unfavourable weather conditions or no available instructor, you can simply plan the lesson again at another convenient time.
When you plan a lesson you can cancel it yourself up until 24h before the start of the planned lesson. You will receive this lesson back onto your online account and you can book it again at another time. On the day of your lesson itself, you can not cancel for free anymore and the planning is fixed.

It's not an obligation to book a sports activity when you want to organise an event or private party with us. We do recommend doing so, because it's the perfect occasion to do something together with family, friends, and colleagues in a casual and playful manner. It will make you connect even better!
Catering can only be combined with an activity and/or the rent of our accommodation (meeting room or tent). Groups have to be at least with 10 people to organise an event with us. For a BBQ you need to be with at least 25 people.
You can definitely have a birthday drink with us! Just take into account that we don't take reservations, unless for larger groups who also book an activity and/or a space (meeting room of tent) with us.
Yes, when the SUP is not attached to your ankle with a leash, it's obligatory to wear a life vest.
When you would like to rent a SUP, it is not necessary to reserve it. In case you are coming with a group, you might want to call in advance to check whether we have enough SUPs available.

We have a limited amount of spots for boats on the beach. Someone who already has a spot will get priority to keep it.
When you want to rent a surf board and a wetsuit just by yourself or with a couple of friends, you do not need to make a reservation. In case you want to rent material with a larger group, we recommend calling or mailing us upfront.
When you rent out equipment, you need to leave your ID as a guarantee with our beach master. You will get the ID back when you return the equipment at the sports counter.
Do not forget your ID after your session!
No, unfortunately you cannot rent equipment when the bar is closed.
You can only rent out equipment when the bar is open. Mind you! The hours for renting are less extensive than the opening hours of the bar.
